Swimming with Grandma

When we got home from Tennessee on Monday we took the kids to the pool with my mom. They all had a great time.
David went swimming with them. The kids love it when their Daddy is able to take time off to play with them. What fun that he was able to come!



Brandon loves to jump from the diving boards (Especially the high dive)!


Katie can't let Brandon out do her so here she goes too. Boy does she love to jump!

Bethany enjoys the time in the pool.

Jared took a moment to "help" Jessica go under! Oh boy. They really enjoyed the kiddy pool.

Thank you Grandma for taking us to have soooo much fun. We love you!

Nashville, Tennessee Temple

The temple was beautiful. I love to look up at the Moroni Statue on all the temples. It always gives me such a feeling of wonder and awe.



Michelle and Robert were so happy. We took pictures outside of the temple. I really enjoyed my time there. It has such a peaceful feeling inside the temple. We enjoyed it so much that we didn't want to leave.

There was a beautiful fountain in front of the temple!

And some very colorful, gorgeous flowers all over the place.

We all went to a restarant when we got into Nashville. We had a lot of fun and loved looking at the many fish in the aquariums. However....[Photo]

Tennessee!!!

We had such a great time visiting with Michelle, Robert and the kids! David was so excited about flying that he wanted to take a lot of pictures of the clouds and ground while we were in the air.

We went to eat at a Restaraunt that had aquariums. It was sooo cool!

Tennessee here we come!!!

We will be going to Tennessee for a few days. I am sooooo excited. We are going to go to the temple with some of the greatest people in the world. I truly am blessed to be able to call Michelle one of my best friends. I hope that everyone has a great weekend. I sure will. I'll write more when I get back. Yeah!!!! Finally a vacation we can enjoy.

Brandon's Arrow of Light

Brandon has earned his Arrow of light!!! We are now about to start his trail to the Eagle! I am so proud of him.

Sis Smith asked the boys to perform a talent for the Awards ceremony. Brandon chose to do one of his Kata's. Isn't he cute!

Grandpa and Grandma Visit

David's Dad and Sandy came to visit us last weekend. We had a wonderful time. The kids were all so excited that they ran out to give them hugs before they were out of the car. Alecia wrote a cute poem about it. Jared and Bethany decided to play in the mud, Yuck. I would have missed the moment if Sandy had not brought it to my attention. (Thank you) It was a wonderful time and we are looking forward to visiting them soon.

Schools out

The kids are all excited that school is out for the year. I picked them up after school and realized that it was the last time that I would pick Alecia up at the Jr High and Brandon up at the Elementary. Time goes by way to quickly. Oh well, that's enough about that.
The summer is full of fun this year. We are all excited about our trip to Oklahoma and Tennessee this July. The kids keep talking about it. Alecia will have a very full June due to all the fun church activities she will be doing. So all in all it is going to go by very quickly and then I will be taking all of them to school next year.
